One Month Coaching Program
Work with me for one month to get in touch with your cycles
Service Description
Work with me for one month to better understand your daily and monthly cycles, while improving your nutrition & self care practices. A big benefit of a 1 month package is having a supported view through each phase of your menstrual cycle. We will first meet one on one to discuss your main health concerns and your current mental or physical health goals. We will review your health history, diet, lifestyle, sleep, and more to find your unique path to wellness. You will leave this appointment with a personalized meal plan, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations and a plan of action for your future. This program also includes three weekly check in phone calls and access to texting throughout the month for you to ask questions and for us to update your goals if needed. Included in this program is: - An initial 60 minute+ consultation via telephone call or zoom -Access to texting via whatsapp for the duration of our time together. -Three coaching calls each week -Within 4 days of your initial appointment I will email you your meal plan along with any nutrition, mindfulness, or lifestyle resources tailored specifically for you!
